Meet Kevin Solomon, head chef at Cottage Point Inn.
Kevin has an impressive culinary background working in many of the cities best restaurants. Kevin was the head chef at Guillaume at Paddington, he has also worked at Tetsuyas and Est and many other restaurants.
Kevin was raised in a Jewish family. For this special event he will be using his expertise to create his own interpretation on traditional Jewish dishes.
