The food we offer at Shuk is inspired by what we grew up with in Israel, where the cuisine available is one of the largest melting pots on the planet, with food coming from a variety of cultures that migrated to the country from 130 different countries in the past 50 years. The menu is directly influenced by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines.
Taking inspiration from the Hebrew meaning of market place, SHUK, is located in the heart of Bondi, Chatswood & Elizabeth Bay. It has quickly become one of the favourite meeting places for locals and tourists alike. We offer an incredible array of Israeli/Mediterranean delights for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We use the freshest produce and dishes that promise a flavour of Israel mixed with modern favourites.

Together business partners Yoni Kalfus, Ariel Hefer & talented Chef German Sanchez are bringing their passion to life, sharing traditional Israeli dishes learnt from their families back home.
With a team and inspiration coming from a variety of cultures, we wanted to create a community here in Sydney. We believe that community is everything in life; It is where we live, who we spend time with, sit around the table with, who we stand in line with every morning for a taste of great coffee and who we share our common values with. It strongly affects our identity and who we are!
